What we need is " something /some item " that virtually everyone is farmiliar with, to use as a simple guide as to fish sizes ... Yes i know yer gunna say Surely a ruler Lungy But let us remember , My 8 cm is not everyone elses 8 cm ( ya know )... Also something that can be dropped into a tank for comparative purposes if need be So this is what i have chosen to be be a usefull object in fairly measuring , this way no-one can get it wrong ( unless there fibbing ) ... Yes a " bic " ciggarette lighter Not only is this a common standard size fish are sold at ie: 2.5 cm - 8 cm ... ( apart from Adults ) But it is all plastic & stainless steel ... So once you have de-canted the gass and then say siliconed the end up ... It would be safely submersable aswell ... I like it ... i think it's a great idea .... Andy... ' KEEP'N IT REAL' ....
