hungsta
Hi, I remember a while back someone mentioned the use of seaweed in making the DIY frozen food. I was wondering how nutritious it is, for example in comparison to using spinach, pumkin, peas??? Also, is there a specific preparation that you can use? Seaweed nori or dry seaweed etc?? Thanx Hung
saudukar
I use powdered seaweed in my mixes. Agar, spirilina, prawn flesh, vitamins, fish oil, crushed flake, crushed whatever pellets are around and seaweed powder. Works a treat. The goal ultimately is to get enough seaweed, spirilina and vitamins into them at the same time and still make it appetizing to eat.

saudukar
Health food stores. Seaweed powder can be bought by the tin. People put it in milkshakes and stuff. Also asian delis sometimes sell dried seaweed. Mostly I have to go to speciality health food stores.
