Nutrition Question

I remember a while back someone mentioned the use of seaweed in making the DIY frozen food.

I was wondering how nutritious it is, for example in comparison to using spinach, pumkin, peas???

Also, is there a specific preparation that you can use? Seaweed nori or dry seaweed etc??

I use powdered seaweed in my mixes.

Agar, spirilina, prawn flesh, vitamins, fish oil, crushed flake, crushed whatever pellets are around and seaweed powder.

Works a treat.

The goal ultimately is to get enough seaweed, spirilina and vitamins into them at the same time and still make it appetizing to eat.
