ViS
When I upload a picture taken in RAW, it comes up as just a grey screen in photoshop CS2. I think the RAW plugins are there, but can't get any RAW pics to show up. Any clues as to why it's happening?
MikeWs Fish
You need softward to be able to view the RAW. . It shhould have come with your camera. Try opening the file with this software first. Once you can see the RAW photos save as a .tif file and open in Photoshop.
Simonauv
Hiya Andy - I use PS CS and it opens the raw files without need for a plugin. There is a separate RAW reader that comes with the software so I'd maybe try and re-install the PS CS2 because it should have no trouble reading it, however, the reader does not support all cameras - this link shows which cameras are supported: http://www.adobe.com/products/photoshop/cameraraw.html This link will take you to the updated raw reader download if you need it: http://softwareupdates.adobe.com/updates/detail.jsp?cid=2705
