Ant Posted January 25, 2004 Share Posted January 25, 2004 Apparently, dont quote me on this but, if you leave water out in the sun the ultraviolet light will get rid of both chlorine and chloramine (but obviously better to use water ager). The reason i come to this conclusion is that when you use chlorine in a swimming pool you have to keep dosing it with more chlorine because of the ultraviolet rays dissipating the chlorine.
