poi55n Posted September 1, 2005 Share Posted September 1, 2005 for some reason my 30cm male isnt swimmng right his tale is draging along the floor while hes trying to swim.also just past his gills on the left hand side there is a lot of swelling like a large lump the size of a fifty cent peace i think this has happend due to my 8 foot tank in the house leaking and i had to cram all the fish that were in the house in the 8 foota in the fish room he now is in there with 5 other fish so he has plenty of space to swim, i did a 30 % water change yesterday hes still eating and hasn't lost his colour but hes really struggling i dont know whats happening or what to treat him with any help would be appreciated Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Ash Posted September 1, 2005 Share Posted September 1, 2005 That sounds nasty, whatever it is. If you have a quarantine/hospital tank I'd be shifting the fish ASAP! You might want to copy/paste & fill in this template Andrea made, might help get a diagnosis more promptly, as you haven't given much information.
