a quality dry food? NLS

Depends on the type of fish. I have malawi mbuna and have used a variety including Nurafin spiralina sticks, OSI cichlid pellets and Hikari staple. All seem good, no problems. I think it is good to use a few types of pellets/flakes and supplement with other foods. I also feed peas and dried krill weekly.

If what I have read is correct NLS has a reputation of being a good quality food and has effective natural colour enhancers. I ordered some yesterday.

(OT: I like the new spell checker, even if it doesn't know what a 'cichlid' is tongue.gif )

My Africans (Haps/Peacocks) love the NLS, but as it's expensive stuff I alternate using OSI flakes and a local LFS pellet product. Apparently you're supposed to vary their diet anyway, and I'd imagine it would be like eating pizza everyday if I just fed them NLS - they'd eventually get sick of it.
