D.apps
i have a pair of convicts in tank that is 3'x20"x20". I also have 2 rainbow sharks, 2 golden sucking cats and 8 black widow tetras in there, i know people say that you shouldnt really have other fish with them but the male was giving the female to much of a hard time when they were not in there, are these types of fish fast enough to keep clear of the pair when they breed or not, ( no aggresion yet!) any advice greatly accepted as this is my first cichlid pair TA
Sarah
my advice is to have the pair in solitary confinement as they are quite aggressive fish especially when they start to breed , i was in a lfs store today and overhead a lady telling the salesguy she lost a tank full of fish when she added her 2 convicts to the tank.
