Melbourne_Bill
Hi Wazza Yes you could keep ONE pair of kribs in a 2 foot tank. However I would suggest you aim for one of the "smaller" kribs like one of the Pelvicachromis taeniatus tribes (eg nigerian red, bipindi, dehane) rather than the "bigger" species like Pelvicachromis pulcher or Pelvicachromis sacrimentos (spelling?). In a 2ft tank I would set up two possible breeding sites for them to choose, with the sites being as far apart as possible with pretty open space in between. This gives dad a safe refuge in the other site when the fry become free swimming - mums are often very protective of their young. Good luck with them Bill
