YeW
Hi Guys - Just finished watching 'Nile' - a very snifty BBC doco on the flow of the Nile. Cichlid keepers I'm sure all noticed the cichlids on display in this documentary. No information on them unfortunately - and only a few decent shots, but I'm always pleased to spot a cichlid . Its also on next week - so maybe there'll be more opportunity for a sneak peak at these riverine cichlids.

YeW
Was just on ABC - finished 8 mins ago Daniel . Check http://www.yourtv.com.au/ but I suspect it starts at 19:30 next Sunday. May not be any cichlids next time round though
Burek
Wahhh!!! 8 mins ago! Damn i was outside playing cricket Ok cheers for that
YeW
Daniel - They only flashed by - perhaps 2 mins of footage of fish total. But I enjoyed the doco - and its fish component regardless. Cricket doesnt sound like such a bad option, regardless of cichlids on telly!

Ged
Last week's episode had a Tilapia species. It showed the female expelling her fry from her mouth. I video taped it so I will check which species exactly. Gerard
Ged
Checked the tape. They only said it was a Tilapia but it looks like Tilapia rendalli. Fantastic footage though. Gerard
Newo
In next weeks episode they spoke of Lake Victoria. Perhaps we will see some more fish.
