novafishy
Are u feeding them? it might help if you feed them some algae wafers or slices of cucumber or zuchinni. Not just rely on them scavenging on the leftover scraps from your other fish. Put food in after lights out. They will grow.

mianos
Algae wafers usually include more than just algae. They a 'balanced' mix of ingredients including protein, vitamins and minerals. You don't need to feed them algae wafers only but I would use them in combination with the zuchinni. Many plecos live on a combination of veggie and 'meaty' material. I find some of my plecos grow in bursts. They stay about the same size for ages then suddenly they seem to jump up a size in a month.
novafishy
Feeding them shrimp pellets also work. Mine love it.
r.d.m
im with mianos, its normal for plecos to grow in bursts, they seem to grow quickly to 10-15 cm and from there to full size (30-40cm) can take another3 years ,just keep doing what you are and make sure they get some animal protein ie, bloodworms etc i was told one of the biggest killers of plecos is lack of protein.
