steven
hi all. just a word of note. i bought myself a new aqua one bullet tank. it came assembled up by lfs. i moved it into new position filled it and added crushed coral rocks etc etc. the next day while putting in shelves i found the cross beams were not bolted in. i had to re-empty the tank disasemble the base & reassemble it. less then 1/2 the screws or bolts were inserted. i had contacted the LFS & they said they would fix it if i emptied the tank, however i did not trust them & also the hard work is emptying the tank con assemblying the base. so please check pre assembled cabinets before filling a tank
Ash
Geez Steven, lucky that only ended in hard work & not tears!
ViS
I hope you let the lfs know that an extra 10 mins of work from them doing the job properly could have ensured they kept you as a customer, but because of their laziness, they blew it. I personally would have returned the stand and got my money back out of principle and bought it elsewhere.
