Fozz Posted January 12, 2005 Share Posted January 12, 2005 Hey all Well Iam looking at building a tank stand for a 6x2x2 with mini reef and am just wondering if any one can point me in the right direction to some plans on the net or personnel plans my main questions is what type of wood is best and would it be wise to reinforce the timber beam that the tank is to stand on I have buit the timber tank rack of the DIY page would these plans still be able to support a 6x2x2 once the measurements have been altered to suit the tank also if anyone has built there own what would be a estimate of the price of materials if possible any suggestions would be a great help Thanx Fozz Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
