E4G13M4N
They prefer sandy substrate and keep up the servings of blackworms. Most bury in the sand and starve to death very finicky eaters IMO The Australian tailed sole is much easier to keep in aquaria
Alan
Yes, the Australian native fresh water sole is a lot easier to keep, but is rarely found in LFS. Usually only kept by private collectors, and is a damed expensive trip up the cape in the hopse of finding a few. They are easy to feed and maintain ( they even eat Go Kat bickies) but it don't know any one who has bred them or even if they breed in fresh water???? So many of our fresh water fish go to the salt to spawn ?????
