ZULU
Hi, I have an electric yellow in my community tank that is not looking good. White -what looks like an injury from a bump on his head. Then he has developed white patches on either side that looks like big grazes. I have other yellows that look fine. He is eating ok and swimming ok but looks like crap. Any suggestions ? Anita_ozfish
If he has knocked his head a bit of rock salt and/or Melafix will be fine - no need to get too drastic
Mazimbwe
Sounds a bit like he is getting bashed...try isolating it and treating as Anita has said. Maybe some more cover/rocks in the tank might help...can you watch from a small distance and tell me if it is violence/agro from the others? Can you tell us what else is in the tank with the yellows? Actually a breakdown of the numbers and species of all the fish in the tank will be a big help. HTH
BlakeyBoyR
Can you do us a favor and show us a photo of this poor little fella? It might help to figure out what is happening to him
