tricky
Been recommended a medication from a friend. Its called Vertaid. I heard its primaraly for white spot but treats other diseases aswell and protects from diseases. Anyone on the forum use it or know more about it? Ive also been told to cover my tank for three days after treating the tank and treat at a rate of 1ml per 100 litres. Ive surfed the net but cant seem to find much on the product. The bottle says bugger all. Its all a bit of a mystery. Thanks Ricky
fishmick
Vertaid is a good medication for white spot in reef tanks that contain corals. dosage is 1ml for 70lt dose for four days and 40% water change after two weeks That should help.
YeW
I know nothing about the product, but be aware that salt water white spot and freshwater white spot are caused by different critters and meds for salt water bugs may not work in fresh!
