Headache

Gday guys I'm just new here I'm getting back into starting a cichlid tank again it's been some time but I love cichlids. I sort of need a hobby after a severe back injury some what broken spine. I got a 5ft by 2ft by 2ft tank with a fluval fx5 I love Oscar's but not sure how many to have and what's good tank mates with them? Any info for me would be most helpful
