When asking the question "can these hybridize".

Just think that anything is possible.

If tank is big enough with a lot of individual territories it should be ok,,, but still very possible.

A buccochromis nototania or Nimbochromis fuscotaniatus wouldn't cross with either of your mentioned fish as they are far of each other.

You have mentioned two "mbuna" types,,, (rock dwelling fish), which behave and compete in a similar fashion.

Lombardie cross with demasoni easy.

Chewere cross with electric yellow easy.

Having a 2500 liter display tank for many years has proven that most stuff crosses with each other,,,, even whitenight electric blue with a Nimbochromis venustus and p.euchlilus with red empress and red empress with a O.aeromarginatus. !!!!!'

They may hybridize there isalways a chance. Depending on the size of the tank, you may also find that only the dominant species will breed. I had maingano, c afra cobue, yellows and benga peacocks in a 6x2x18 and I only got consistent mouthfuls from maingano and the afra with occasional yellow mouthfuls and no Peacocks. I caught the dominant maingano male diving in for a free snack of benga eggs, not long after that I moved them into their own tank.

Hybrids are always possible in a mixed tank

best practice is species of different type eg Mbuna and Haplochromides

and different colour yellow V blue but not where males are blue with

yellow females and juveniles

Having said this I have seen C moori (blue dolphin) X Lab caeruleus (electric yellow)

species tanks are the best option if you have the room and want to breed
