ViS
Mine will eat fresh prawns, orca pellets and that's about it. Oh they will eat garden worms too I only have the luxury of feeding mine prawns as my sisters father in law owns a fish co-op I've found they will swallow the smaller orca pellets straight away but will keep spitting out the large size pellets until they go soft. SCI BLUE
I have fed all my african cichlids on garden worms for years they dont get them every day but when im not lazy they get lucky. All my fish love them esecially my frontosas. The smaller fish get the garden worms choped very finely with a razor blade then washed in a seive to remove the dirt, my bristle nose will even suck on the worm if it gets a chance. The worms are from our vege garden where no chems are used, only fresh compost. The small compost worms are perfect to feed whole to my larger cichlids
