Brez
I'm new to the forum so thought I'd say Hi . I used to specialise in breeding and keeping mbuna , my highlight being breeding metriaclima sp. zebra gold 'charo' before I parted ways with the hobby for a while . A few months ago my Frontosas started to breed and hold , and the temptation to strip and raise some became too much . So here I am as it all begins again one 200 gallon tank has already multiplied into 2x200 and a 150 , my quartet of Frontosas and trio of J. regani now share their tank with a quartet of gold head comps and a pair of A.dewindti . I never had tanganyikans before but I'm finding my multifaciatus and chaitika comprecciceps very interesting to keep . Not ideal but my multis are sharing the 6' tank with about 30x 1/2" fronnies until I can get some 3' tanks . Anyway here's a couple of pics , nothing overly special but they are myn

Link2Hell
Brez welcome back to the sickness nice selection of Tangs and the Multis and baby Frontosa should be fine together too bad you don't have the Gold Charo still as there have become hard to find interesting choice of substrate going for something that coarse is it just a look you like, is it easier to maintain what was the reason behind the choice as most people seem to go the other way to something finer

The males were stunning (but hyper aggressive like Ps. demasoni ) such a shame they are hard to come by now As for the coarse substrate , i had hoped it would be blacker so I'm not really happy with it so I may change it next time I strip the tank down and replace it with some finer Caribsea or crushed coral . It doesn't bother the dewindti at all he still makes his spawning pit , He does swim to other end of the tank to pick up the bigger pebbles for his nest
Ducksta
Small world hey. I think Ged (admin here) might be on yakbass as well. I did not get out yesterday. I planned to have a quick look around, but crying baby put an end to that... Otherwise all good.
