fullychichlid
Hi I have just moved from Sydney to Launceston.I have just started back in fish keeping and have found down here it is extremely hard to get fish or products due to it being quarantine or remoteness. I would love to touch base with any members on here. Cheers

Buccal
With Tasmania bio-security laws, it makes it very difficulty for breeders to ship fish there.Special documentation clearances for approval of each specie is needed to get them through. And there are only a palm full of Malawi species allowed into oz as far as the white list states. The documents need to be submitted prior to shipping for approval. The documents can be emailed from Tassie to apply. Flycaster
I found keeping mbuna down here relatively alright. I did have a few occasions where fish I used to keep in the uk were unavailable here but I found that my local (ish) fish shop managed to have/ get in most things I wanted.
