Glass lid on sump

I cracked the glass on the sump lid which has a hole in the middle where the bulkhead is siliconed in as a middle thing to connect to the spinning arm and tubing from the tank.

Can anyone recommend anyone that could remove the bulkhead from the broken glass and provide a new piece of glass, drilling the hole in the glass and placing the bulkhead into the hole with silicone to secure it?

I've removed the glass lid from the sump so the water is running directly into the chamber meaning that there's no rotation of the water on the filter media. How long can I leave it like that?

you could use a spreader plate = sheet of Perspex with holes drilled in it

even an old undergravel plate would work to spread to water over the media

while you look around for the spray bar repair
