dazzman
Does anyone have any info/experience in keeping these? The little amount of net info i found suggests that they are fairly nasty and not good with others but i would appreciate some real life info. Can they go ok with other mbuna given an appropriate tank size and decor?

J1mmy
hey sorry to hijack the thread.will Chilumba be too aggressive for Interruptus and Pulpican?I have a big enough tank and enough rock coverage. But i am worried about the colouration of the females of the Interruptus and the Chilumba. And to a lesser extent the colouration of pulpican and the male ChilumbaHey dazzman what size Chilumba are you after? I have a mate that has some juveniles. CichlidProfessional
J1mmy....Tropheops should be fine with the stated fish, as long as there is enough caves and females for all the fish.....the only thing i would be worried about is hybridisation between Tropheops Chilumba and Interpertus as the females have near indentical colouration...it should work as long as you provide enough females for the males of each species
