brucem
I just found a 5cm leleupi in my Aquaclear 500! I pull out the sponges every 3 weeks or so to clean them out, and I put a few pieces of limestone or coral in the filter as well to help stabilise the ph, but I could believe my eyes when I removed from a few small pieces of coral to see this leleupi. My immediate reaction was to assume it was one of the adults that had jumped in. But it was too small and I counted all 7 adults in the main tank. I have retrieved any fry from them for ages. I can't believe I had seen this leleupi in the filter previously. Must be my lucky day.

mattrox
I have found quite large fry in my canisters when doing clean outs. They must be able to find food in the dark and find spots that have a low flow.
howard
Wow, it must have grown quick, since it had all those left over food particles surrounding it.
