crabros Posted April 9, 2004 Share Posted April 9, 2004 Hi Guys and Gals, Has anyone ever had any experience with a product called metinizonal (not shore if this is spelt correctly) it treats gill fluke and alot of other things. YeW Posted April 10, 2004 Share Posted April 10, 2004 Brett - Do you mean metronidazole? ie: flagyl. If so, yes. It is a prescription drug though so you need to see your vet or doctor to get it. The dosage rates are in the forum FAQ. It is an antibacterial and an antiprotozoan drug. Not sure how effective it would be against flukes (which are animals).
