efc01
they are here but are very rare. If i was breeding them i dont think i could come to grips with selling fry, they look too good in large groups. try perth cichlid forum and majestic aquarium website. killiguy
There are a few people with them in Victoria;I have about 100 fry just now but too small to send.Sold a batch a few weeks back. They breed every 6 weeks or so and produce 30 fry or so.The males are spectacular in breeding dress. It would be nice to get them established in NSW.They are not a difficult cichlid to keep or breed. killiguy
any idea how many different bloodlines were brought in killiguy? were they sootys fish? Im not sure about bloodlines.Mine came from Bill in Essendon who has heaps of sandsifters. He is to busy to intereact on the forums much.I know it took a couple of importations to get a colony going. So far Ive seen no deformities or inbreeding issues but they are probably F3s or F4s
