HawkEye
Ditto to Panga's comment. Those are awesome looking Brichardis you've got. Can't wait for mine to grow their trailers. Lovely fish! Cheers! Mari

YeW
Hi Guys - Thanks for the compliments - they arent the greatest photos though and they dont do the fish justice . I also find it interesting that the adults seem to enjoy microworms as much as the fry. I know they are "micropredators" but that's getting ridiculous! Interestingly this form of brichardi only has quite short trailing fin filaments!.

Willy Wombat
Strange "ring effect" on that first photo Yew. They look real good in the photo, but I can imagine how much better they are in real life!! Cheers WW

gswalker
how do u tell the difference between the male and female?
YeW
WW - The ring effect is a mark on the glass which I never bothered to clean off (it is from a glass sucker/picker-up-er-er-thingie). Gswalker - You guess. I can tell them apart now - but I have had the fish for more than a year. These sexes in this morph are very similar. I only know for sure because I've seen them spawning a few times.
