Citypainter
Are we being legislated out of Datnoids. Or can we still keep them.
E4G13M4N
From my understanding at the moment... They are not on the noxious list at the moment, may be in the future as i havnt seen the new list they are working on yet (as it keeps changing). Problem is they are in the grey list which means they are not exactly legal to keep either, as they are most likely smuggled at some point and not an allowable import although local fisheries cant really do anything about them because they are currently not on the noxious list. However if someone was to lodge a report with the commonwealth police they may or may not act on it.. All fish in the grey area will eventually be put through a impact report which means if they pass they should be added to the import list, if they fail they will be added to the noxious list. Citypainter
Thanks for that. So the idea is to get them and don't tell anyone.
