fiona
Not as many Lab. Hongi as I thought there might have been. What a lot of saulosi, almost as many as yellows! Must have been a lot of BNs bred recently eh?
kasanga girl
I have to say I love your stats on the auction it lets people know what is popular and available at your auctions. Just a suggestion but I would find it valuable to know what rarer species there were at the auction perhaps a total list of species or a segment of what people consider are rare to let people know what type of fish come to your auction and entice people like myself to drive down from Brisbane to attend. Cichlids_au
Your wish is my command but I find it easier to list the lot than to extract what would be considered rare. Remember that there were not 67 Bristlenose catfish, there were 67 Bags of them. This could be anything from 1 adult breeding pair to 10 fry per bag and every combination between. 67 Bristlenose Catfish 45 Electric Yellow 41 Pseudotropheus saulosi 24 Electric Blue 19 Taiwan reef 19 tank 17 Blue Dolphin 17 Frontosa 6 Bar 16 Pseudotropheus greshakei 15 driftwood 15 Maingano 14 Labidochromis sp. oztroopy1
No worries... I am thinking some where around $35,000 - $40,000 as my estimation To be honest I have only been in this hobby for a little while and I had never imagined that there would be sooo many people into breeding Cichlids and the like.
