H2O2GO
I've recently got 2 lelupi from the auction. One larger than the other, living in the same tank with trio of maleri gold. Got a couple of shells for the to hide. First week the smaller one was swimming around and I've noticed that after the second week the smaller one disappeared. I thought that it got stuck and died in one of the shell, so I tip one of the shell and it was still alive. It has not came ever since. Is this normal? Your help is appreciated. Paul. Rol&Jas
If that smaller one is much smaller than the others it could be scared and hiding. How big are your peacocks by the way?
H2O2GO
The male is about 10cm and the 2 females are 6cm. Also the larger Lelupi is chasing the female maleri around. Cheers.
Mr.Lee
is the larger lelupi hanging around the shell also? and tell us the size of the lelupi?
AMK
I would say the female is tending some eggs or newly hatched fry. Its usually the case when the female goes missing for long periods of time.
H2O2GO
He hangs around the shell at times but not too often and he is about 6-7cm. I'll keep a watch out for any young from the shell. Thanks for the feedback guys.
