brett1934
Hi, i'm setting up a new 4' tank I have lashed out on an Eheim filter but have had to cut the budget for lighting I have found a 4' T5 twin 54w fitting with 14000K tubes for the right price but am unsure weather the brand is dodgy it's a super win has anyone heard of them and if so are they OK. Thanks.

mcloughlin2
How much are you saving by buying this cheaper brand? I've never heard of them, so I'd be hesitant but providing they have a warantee that covers everything I suppose it could be a worthy purchase. BJJ-Master
There really isn't much that can go wrong in a ballast - make sure it's unplugged for safety when you're fiddling in the water ( but you should do that anyway) ... Odds are the tubes are made by the same people making the "known" brands .
