e. kilesa and xeno. flavipinis in the same tank

nice choice of fish, they both take up the sandy bottom of the tank.

personally i would separate each kind, for better result and healthier fish.

kilesa are a busy fish, they like to sift through the sand all the time and show off to the females, would want to disturb their rituals.

as for cross breed i have never herd of it , but why risk it they are a beautiful fish and doesnt come cheap.
