Barracuda
I know these are an african cichlid, but i have noticed that they are able to be kept in a ph of 5-7.5. Does this mean i can keep it with my american cichlids, such as angels?

Wutangxxx
I'd keep kribs with angels.....no worries Cool, do you know if they are very aggressive? Are they best kept singularly, in a pair or a group? Yes, Kribs like many Cichlids are aggressive, especially in breeding mode. Despite many people saying this is probably the least aggressive (most peaceful). But I had one pair that killed my extra female. They also attacked my guppies.
Finn
I agree with Wutang - our first female kept killing the males and any other krib that was introduced. We now have a pair and they are settled.
Rod54
Kribs can get nasty....but so can Angels the cousin of the common krib....Pelvicachromis taeniatus are worth consideration....they do like softer water and don't get as big but they are beautifull fish
Hubbynz
They are alot more aggressive than people make out and I found them almost as aggressive as convicts. I wouldn't recommend them for a peaceful community tank.
