Aquiring Wild Caught Cichlids

Hey all, was just wondering if anyone knows of any reputable dealers in or near Brisbane that import and sell Wild Caught (F0) African or American cichlids?

I would be very interested in getting hold of some, even if anyone hear is looking to sell some true wild caught species.

Hey Mick,

There is a shipment coming up in the next few weeks by Brodie in Melbourne. His done one shipment thus far not far back and it was quite the success. Shipping is available throughout Australia, there seem to be quite a few up your end getting some fish in this shipment also.

Here's the link to the page.

You'll need to sign up to Tropheus Fanatics though, so if you wish not to let me know and I'll track down his email for you.

Cheers,

Richard.

Thanks Richard, I love the look of tropheus but don't think they'd go too well with my other Tang's or Malawi's due to their specific dietary requirements.

Anyone else know of anywhere to get hold of wild caught or even F1 cichlids from a very reliable dealer???

Also, I'm going to be at the Sunny Coast next weekend and may be making a trip to Brissy some time soon. Anyone know of any really good LFS in those areas.

Cheers, Mick.
