wolvo23
I dont know whats wrong with my fish, i was told they have worms but every treatment i have tried dosnt seem to work, simptoms are- white poo, sometime clear and stringy - they are still eating like champs and have lost 6 of them over the past 3month they were the smallest fish in the tank and seemed like they starved to death. I have treated with fluke and tapeworm tablets, panacure and the last 4 days with metronidazole and they are still the same nothing seems to be working. Could it be something else? Should i try some other treatments? help would be appreciated, thanks.
E4G13M4N
Symptom sound like flagalettes so you are on the right track for treatment disovle 5 tablets of metradonizol and mix in with 100g of their favourite defrosted frozen food refreeze and feed on that for 2 weeks. You may need to make more than 1 lot of food up only feed onece a day with the medicated and once normally. They need to digest the tablets for it to work properly disolving the tablets wont do a lot...HTH
