Bedge
Just wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone who helped out with starting off our Malawi tank. We ended up settling with: 4 electric yellows 4 cobalts 4 red empress (juvenile) and our 4 existing peacocks We are really happy with the tank, and the fish seem happy to! Bedge
Hi Bedge Awsome setup what types of rocks are those and where did you get them? We think they are cool to. Not exactly sure what they are (off the top of my head), got them from Aquariums at Asquith (in Sydney + sponsor of the ACE board). Will ask next time I go, or one of the Aquariums at Asquith people might reply to the post?

Freemason2250
i cant believe you tapped the glass though poor fish I really don't think tapping the glass is all that different to sticking in a net, your hand to move rocks or to clean filters in way of stress
oscarmanalpha
fantastic especially for a first go!!! i cant believe you tapped the glass though poor fish Watch from about 35 seconds onwards. People tapping other folks tanks is rude and can scare fish. But as you can see, you can tap your own tank to get the fish into the area you wish to feed from. Helps in such a large tank LOL.
