chevguy Posted June 2, 2008 Share Posted June 2, 2008 I have Jager heaters in most tanks with no problems but have 2 that obviously need re-calibrating,one is set at 26 with the water temp showing 29 and the other set at 27 with water temp showing 29 and they still continue to heat. I have tried re-calibrating as per instructions and it don't work .Anyone had to do this and how the hell did you do it? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Phenomena Posted June 2, 2008 Share Posted June 2, 2008 It sounds to me that the thermostat is faulty. This morning I found one of my tetratec was heating the tank to 38C and still heating. Lucky I spotted it and I didn't loose any fish. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
