Are fish bags recyclable?

Just wondering if they can be thrown in the recycling bin or not.

I say just keep them. You can never have too many fish bags... :dntknw:

Yeah i know your right Josh but i'm just not 100% that this isnt one of those plastics.. Might need to talk to visy or something...

I would perhaps ring the council as well. I have been chuking mine in the recycle bin for years. And with 100's of bins on the one truck load, I'm sure a couple will go unnoticed.

plastic shopping bags are not suitable for the general recycle bin. they need to recycled at the supermarket, so i'd assume that plastic bags in general would be the same. only plastics with the recycle emblem are suitable for our home bin.

surely you don't have that many, just trash them

You could always return to sender Kim. Those bags must have cost me a few cents each!!

I'll wait till you have to call on the americans to help you out again before i do that :p Consider your emergency batch in my garage lol
