phear Posted May 31, 2008 Share Posted May 31, 2008 hi i have a colony of electric yellows that have stopped breeding for a while now. just wondering if any one else has had this problem in adelaide as i know that there are a few of us having this problem.. what can i do to encorage spawning besides cold water changes and good quality food and plenty of it which is my normal routine? cheers jamie Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

phear Posted June 1, 2008 Author Share Posted June 1, 2008 i syphon all the tanks there are 6 in the bank with the yellows.. then i put the hose in the tanks and fill them up. then add water conditioner. this usually drops the temp a few degrees!
