ferret
Hi peoples. I have a sick peacock who looks like he has a concussion. sorta swims ok for a few seconds then sinks upside down, then swims fine again. he also has some redness on his stomach. not sure if he has been attacked. doesn't really look like it as it is on both sides. see pic below. this is the second peacock in a few days to do this. The tank is a 6x2x2 with around 100 juvinile fish. there only seems to be 1 sick one at a time. Any ideas? Let me kow what you need to know. It looks to me that you may have a parasite/disease in your tank.??? possible.. What filtration are you using and is it recommended to your tank size. The amount of fish is no problem unless you havent got the filtration right. Are you using a sump/mini reef or a large filter ie: FX5 hope this helps
ferret
it's a sump setup, but we saw a male adult yellow beating him up. unfortunately he didn't come back from his drunken state and died in the quarantine tank
