jonnytw
Ive only have this colony for 3 weeks and already they are breeding at 3' long! 1 female had a large batch and then spat them the same day. 1 week later another female had a batch and shes had them for about 5 days...so exciting! Never bred this species before, any hints or tips you can swing my way?
brucem
Patience mate! Sometimes theres not a lot you can do. You could just play it normally and see what happens. If the second female swallows or spits, you could try holding off the food for a few days to see what happens next time one of your females hold. I've got a colony of Auloncara baenschi and all the four females don't seem to hold past 5 days no matter what I do. I think its about time to rearrange the tank and tank mates. Good luck with it.
