mcloughlin2
Hey everyone ... I am thinking of making my goldfish/ koi pond a foot deeper so it will hold approx 1600L .. I have one 1500L @ hour pump and one that is suppose to pump 2000L @ hour.. I have not had any problems so far with keeping the water clear but then again it only holds about 700L as it is... Whats does every think? My current idea is to have like a gutter on the backside of the pond where the water will drain into which then goes to a sorta sump which will then be pumped back into the pond... Not sure if it would be efficent so let me know your opinions...
efc01
A pool sand filter would be pretty good, maybe hook it up with a uv light and you will have a killer set-up.
