Colfish Posted January 3, 2006 Share Posted January 3, 2006 hi David be sure the tank is on a flat surface[preferably the stand] fill it up to operating level and let it stand for 24hrs. this is to make sure that you have no leaks. if all is well, drain the tank down to about 20lts and add a large hand full of pool salt and wash the tank out well. drain and rinse well with the hose. it's ready to use aah, be sure to use "aquarium safe" silicone cheers; Colin Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
