trofius Posted January 1, 2006 Share Posted January 1, 2006 these guys are so cool we have rasied a few now, when they are young they are all white, with big yellow mouths...and a flip top head lol, we called our first one oscar ( as in oscar the grouch) as he looked physically very similar ..all mouth ....oh and not owls...... TropheusQueen Posted January 2, 2006 Share Posted January 2, 2006 While we have an abundance of wildlife here at Woonona - 100 cockatoos pay us a visit each morning some water dragons sunbathe on our driveway in the summer months and our garden houses a pair of blue tongues with bubs - I miss the wildlife of the mountains especially the frogmouths Great pic Ged . PS: we also have quite a few deer on the escarpment - better get that camera out more often - one of my new resolutions for 2006.
