Richard
Hey guys; I purchused a pair of leleupi yesterday which are are roughly adult size. As normal when i first put them in the 2fter tank heavily shelled and rocked they seemed scared of their new home. Well today as i checked up on them the larger one is hiding in a cave and the smaller one roaming around it, however both dont seem like they want to eat (frozen BS). Im just wondering is this normal? Does it usually take these fish along time to get settled? The tank which they were previously in was a standard 4fter with a nubmer of other adults of their species. cheers; Richard
wui39
Give them a couple of days and they should be okay. Mine took a week to get settled.

Ant
lol...standard two foot in SA is 2 ft x 12 x 12, I understand standard is a little bigger in sydney. I was going to suggest that a 2 ft may not be big enough. If they are anything like my cylindricus used to be (apparently very similar) then they may get a little too nasty towards each other in a 2ft. Richard
Thanks Ant; The larger leleupi has now called a pot his home, moving all the sand inside the pot outside infront of the pot entrance now. Im not too sure what he is doing, the smaller one occasionally sneaks in but gets chased out and thats pretty much all they do. Is this normal for these guys? cheers; richard
