Eaglebarret
i am wanting to change my ph8 tank to a neutral ph and i have taken or large coral pieces out. it is a 2ft and what i want to know is if there is still the odd tiny piece of fragment of coral, is this enough to rise the ph to 8 or will it stay at neutral or very close to neutral? Ash
depends on the hardness of you water to start with, it might be that soft that a bit of buffering is a good thing. What do you want to keep in a 2' tank that needs it to be spot on neutral? I'm sure if you have the majority of it out it'll be fine, why not filler up without fish & see how it is in a week? Ash
BN will breed in anything, I'm sure it won't matter so long as they don't get a pH shock initally
