Photoshop Advice

Hi all,

Have noticed in past threads that photoshop 7 seems to be fairly popular. Has this now been replaced by photoshop CS2 or is this something different again?

Does photoshop elements 4 have all the tools necessary to do the fabulous touch ups in this forum or is it a much cut-down version? dntknw.gif

All help appreciated clap.gif

Cheers

Steve

Photoshop 7 was replaced by photosphop CS, and now the latest version is photoshop CS2. Most of the effects you've seen on this site are easily done on Photoshop Elements. I've got Elements version 2 (got it as a freebie when I purchased a scanner). Don't know what's new in version 4. If you're new to editing, I'd go with Elements - save a heap and doesn't require a steep learning curve. Most people who have Photoshop 7 and above don't use more than 10% of its features.

Cheers, Frank
