Kazaf
I have an electric yellow and eureka red female that is having a mouthful, i put them in a fry saver but wondering after she spits out the fry or egg will she eat them?
Guest Gutty
Possibly. But not if you remove her soon after she spits. Leave any adult fish in a confined space with fry long enough and eventually they'll get eaten(there rae exceptions but not many IMO). Get the mum back in the big tank and she no longer has access to them and therefore can't eat them. Too easy. Lata Matt
wazza
Put some java moss in the fry tank (spitting container etc etc) and the babies will have a better chance of survival after the mother spits them. wazza
