Guest Gutty
I have kept peacocks and borleyi together before without any sign of crossbreeding. The borleyi should be fine with either the peacocks or lithobates, but i'm not so sure about the lithobates and peacocks being together.........never done that myself. Best of luck Matt
JonFishin
Nice size tnak you've got therre! I think if you add more peacock females you should be right. Most crossbreeding occurs when a certain male has no females of his own. To be on the safe side I'd add more females. Species mix seems fine to me! finnas
so what u guyz are saying is that the litho's and peacocks might crossbreed...in that case i'll prob just not get the lithos..thanks gutty and jonfishin
Guest Gutty
They might......they might not...........all i'm saying is i've never done it. The females of each species are a bit different from each other, borleyi are a funny colour with red/orange fins, Auloncaras have stripes while lithobates have dots, and in a tank that size you could have quite a few females to go around. I'd wait for more opinions before you make your final decision. Many people on here with a better knowledge/experience than me. Lata Matt
