stillmanz
I am getting ten of these (hopefully) fry from wild caught parents. Anyone got any pictures. What are they selling for down there( I am in Brisbane)? Hopefully I'm going to use them for hosts for my cuckoo cats Thanks in advance, Mick. ViS
I used to keep them uears ago. I almost went back to them when I decided to keep peacocks again, but couldn't go past the kandeensis. When I had them, they were very hard to find, but a few new bloodlines have been imported in the last year or two so you should be able to pick them up pretty much anywhere. They are certainly one of the most attractive "blue and yellow" peacocks. Here is a pic of one of my old males:
JJHamer
I've been looking around and have been quoted $60 for a 6 inch male. I think you can get colonies of about 4 fish for around $200 (dont quote me on this) and individuals of 2-3 inches were $35 last time I checked. YeW
I think one of the ACE sponsors (Nigel) had some wildcaught stock for sale (dont know if he has any left though). HTH
