roo
The worst and best thing about silicon is it sticks like hell to glass. You will have to cut the silicon out of the corners. After you do this, ( be patient) . Take the blade out of the holder and use like a shaver and push in to the silicon to remove all the crap. You should end up with clean glass. Remember to always use masking tape it saves a lot of hassle ( I used to be Boatbuilder so I have some experience in this regard, with boat windows etc) The best way to push it in the corners is to spit ( no joke) on your finger and run it along the corners. Make sure you finger is nice and wet and repeat( dont be afraid to get you finger really covered), the silicon wont stick to you fingers as long as it has spit on it. Once finished pull the tape, pull straight up and slightly over the corner, whatever you do don't pull the tape away from the corner as it will pull the silicon. Hope this helps and makes sense. agro77
Totallly Agree, Maybe use some White Sprit to clean the glass after removal of the old silicon, other than the I recomend and use "Spit" to Anthony
AQuaSaler
Make sure you use some top-quality silicon to maintain strenght and duration.
